CoverRoute AI is an educational coverage-planning website operated by Storm And Me LLC. This policy describes the information used when you visit the site or contact us.

Coverage planner

The free checklist works in your browser. Your selected insurance type and priority are not transmitted to our servers by the checklist; we do not require an account, phone number, Social Security number or policy upload to use it.

Contact information

If you voluntarily send us a message through our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit so we can reply. Please do not provide Social Security numbers, full policy documents, financial account numbers, medical details or other sensitive information through the form.

Hosting and security data

Our hosting and anti-abuse providers may process standard request data such as IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages and diagnostic logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not intentionally use coverage-planner answers to profile you or sell your personal information.

Third parties

Our hosting provider Netlify may process contact-form submissions and necessary infrastructure data on our behalf. External links lead to other websites, which have their own privacy practices. We do not currently offer direct insurance purchase, account subscriptions or payments on this website.

Retention and deletion

We retain messages only as needed to answer requests, manage the service and satisfy applicable obligations. To request deletion of a message you sent, contact us via the contact page and identify the request without providing sensitive credentials.

Changes

We will update this page if the site's data practices materially change. Changes to the planner, account system, payments or insurer integration require updating this policy and any applicable consent flow before launch.
